      <title>New contract, no equipment came</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have moved to the new apartment and started the new Home Internet contract. The starting date is July 15th. I still have no hardware to start using the internet, the parcel was sent by DHL back to the Vodafone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who and how can I reach to have this issue fixed? The customer support robot always refers me to the tech support, who constantly say that they can not fix "non-delivery" issues, and that I need to call again (an infinite loop).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I have any options to use while I am waiting for the hardware to come? I have the Vodafone Hotspot working around my apartment, but I apparently need to buy a ticket to use it, and it is valid for one device only.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice? Ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch, aber mein Deutsch ist nicht gut für&amp;nbsp;den Kampf gegen die Kundendienstroboter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
