New Vodafone 100 Cable Internet Contract using check24

hello team,

I have applied for a new connection of Vodafone Kabel Internet via check24 website on July 11, 2022. On July 12, 2022 I received an e-mail stating :

Dear Sagardas Sagardas,

You have received a new letter from us - by post or email. You can now find a copy of it for the next 13 months at vodafone.de/meinedokumente.

But I didn't have Vodafone account till today, I have just created it right now. Although, I am not able to find this letter online. Also I ordered this connection for my new apartment in which I will be moving on 19th July, 2022, so there is no way I can collect the letter if it is sent by post on new address. I have provided my desired deployment date as 29th July, 2022, considering the previously mentioned move-in date.

Will it be possible to share the letter via e-mail so that I can track the order online and add to my vodafone account.

Also please let me know when can I expect the hardware delivery.

the documents and your device will be sent to you at the address you specify on the date you request. You will then also receive another notification.

Will there be any possibility to get those documents via e-mail. (atleast the document which is now sent)

I will be moving to the specifed address on 19th July and I received a notification saying a document is already sent to the address on July 12 itself.

You have to have a little patience. The triggered e-mail is always sent with a time lag, usually overnight.

have a little patience, it takes a while. The documents are not sent out ad hoc. Check your e-mails today to see if you have received the documents. Sometimes they end up in the spam folder. Have a look there.
