We agreed and they sent us a router, but after that we could not get through on the phone to the master to come and install everything. Vodafone support also did not call back (we left a request through a bot and email).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;We were told that we need to:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Wait for the new router to be delivered.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Call the manager and set a date for installation.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Master will come and set up the new router and transfer us to the new rate/fare.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Send the old router back to Vodafone.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Of all the above, we only got a new device, but nothing else.
