Contract Termination or Transfer to another person's name

Hello,

Right now I have a red internet and phone 500 cable connection in our current student apartment. I will be moving to another WG-apartment from August, where there is already another internet connection. It's no use of paying money for both internet connections. So, I would like to cancel the contract or transfer the contract to another person's name with reduced tariff prices. Please let me know the procedure for this.

do you already have a cable connection at the new address in your shared flat? Can you continue to be supplied by us there? You can use our online moving service to inform us of your move and that you are moving to another of our customers. Please also enter this customer number there.
