      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Thomas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to say this. This looks like cheating to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will tell you the full story. I got this connection 6 months back from Vodafone. And I was using the Mnet connection and I was happy with my connection with mnet. I did not request a connection from Vodafone, one service person came to my home and explained that Mnet is not servicing internet in the building and Vodafone is taking the contract from M.Net. And he mentioned that Mnet contract will be cancelled by Vodafone and until then I can use the vodafone connection for free.&amp;nbsp; But within a month Vodafone started deducting money from my bank account. Still the Mnet connection is not closed and I am paying for both Vodafone and Mnet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when I checked with Mnet, they are saying no such contract exist between mnet and vodafone for my apartment. And I was getting 100Mbps connection for 29.99 Euros. So in both ways I was getting cheated. Please clarify what is happening at Vodafone side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel like vodafone is tricking me to get a connection and paying a higher amount for the connection. This is not fair and you cannot do to a customer. I did not thought this kind of faul play from Vodafone in Germany. This is too bad for a customer point of view.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You had 14 days after signing the contract to revoke it. We have informed you by e-mail that we are missing data for the provider change. Unfortunately, there was no response. Therefore, we have canceled the change in March and informed you about it. Whatever the consultant said on site, in this case we are dependent on your cooperation, which unfortunately did not take place. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello Tina,&lt;BR /&gt;When I contacted M.net regarding my connection, they said that there is no contract between mnet and Vodafone. Now I am paying for both you and Mnet. I cannot do it. How can you win a customer by simply lying?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there exists a contract between you and Mnet can you please send it to me?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Thomas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the late response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will tell you the background.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received the Vodafone connection from a Service person from Vodafone. I never approached Vodafone for a connection. Back then, I was a happy customer of M.Net and one day this person came to my apartment and informed that in the building Vodafone taking over the service from M.Net and I need to change the connection from MNet to Vodafone. He also promised that the MNet connection will be disconnected by Vodafone and till that time no charges are deducted from my account. And I will get the money for sending the router back to MNet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I contacted MNet recently, then they told me that there is no contract exist between MNet and Vodafone for my apartment. Now I want this contract between you and MNet, so that I cancel either of your connection and stop deducting money 2 times for Internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
