Bill received beyond contract cancellation.

Hi Team,

My self is Veera Prasad Bandam(*** Kundnumber). I was in Germany till May 21 of 2022 and returned to India on permanent basis.

I've returned the router through DHL and it is deliverd. But, today I've recieved an email with bill for month of June 2022. Request your help to get this addressed and let me know if more information required to terminate contract and stop billing.

Thank you very much for your message.

Unfortunately, we cannot do anything with the copy of your deregistration certificate, as we cannot enter it into the system.

But of course we will gladly take a look at the facts regarding the invoice. Please be so kind and send us a private message with the following data: Customer number, name, address, date of birth, state and current cell phone number.
