On March 17th, a Vodafone account manager came to see me and offered me a new upgrade. You have opted for the new plan and only pay 10 euros extra every month (total 29 euros). But every month I'm overcharged by an additional 10 euros (totalling 39 euros). Customer number: ***

On March 17th Vodafone Customer care person visited my house and offered a new upgrade. They committed the new plan wil have only 10 euros extra charge every month (total 29 euros)

which contract do you have, what is its name? What does the order confirmation say?

i have removed the invoice. Please do not write private data publicly here.

I have also looked at the bill before and must say it is correct. The CableMax was and is not available at 29.99 euros. You must have received an order confirmation that states this price. I'm sorry, but the price of 39.99 euros for CableMax is correct.

Its really not fair on vodafone.

Advertising and selling wrong plan.

I would have taken better services rather than vodafone .

Do you have another VF contracts?

Yes I do have a Callya Sim apart from the internet contract.

please check the order confirmation for your Cable Max tariff. It should be confirmed there as it is charged to you.
