You'll need to contact the hotline and ask for a reproduction of that invoices.

They'll be sent to you via postal mail - and as far as I know, each reproduction costs ~5 €...

That's ridiculous what the customer care service said because that here is a U2U-Community. Nobody of us have access on your data. Only the customer care service have it.

You should use the contact form to ask for your needed invoices.

Btw as I ask what kind of VF technique you use your answer (internet and TV) wasn't helpful. Please what kind of technique are you using? Cable or DSL. 🙂

Most likely because you didn't contact them in German.

But as German is sole contractual langauge - all such requests have to be made in German language...

And I don't find with whom to connect,

I am out of Germany now,

(the only number I have is 0800... support, and i can't call outside of Germany to this number)

I have 2 Vodafone accounts and I need the invoice statements for the Tax,
