Dear Team, I have returned the router through courier on 26.10.2021. Still I haven't received the confirmation/acknowledgment from vodafone as well the refund amount hasn't been credited yet.

Need your help to verify the status and next action, if required

when should the device be back? Did you send it back late? If it is returned late, the refund is not automatic. Meanwhile, the whole thing is already half a year ago, have you ever contacted me about it in the meantime?

The device has sent on 26.10.2021 with sending number 188592375957.

This is the first time I'm reaching out to Vodafone team about the issue.
