Contract Termination

I have a contract with Vodafone for cable internet until Feb-2023 (in Berlin).

unfortunately I had some unexpected problem and now I need to move to frankfurt. For the first few montsh I am going to rent a temporary flat which already has internet, so I cannot use the relocation service and I need to terminate my current contract as soon as possible.

I tried writing to the customer support, but their answer was that I should write here so that the english speaking colleagues can help.

I would really appreciate if someone can guide me how I can request for the contract termination.

even if it comes down to termination, you need to use the relocation service.
