English Speaking - Need help in setting up internet connection

We recently moved to Germany and applied for new internet connection cable 250mbit (via check 24) at home

We are getting mails regarding hardware will be sent from Vodafone and all. But will they not be semding the technician with required accessories to start the net. I am not sure how I will install it otherwise, as I don't have any accessories. Tried to reach to customer care, but as I don't understand German was not able to understand anything

Let me make sure I understand you correctly: did you already get the package with the hardware? You need a technician to install it for you though?
