Shipped wrong contract

Last Week, I order cable internet, and receive packet at Wednesday, 18th of May.

I connect that modem and works well.

But to register my costomer number, I find contract is wrong.

The name on contract is not me, neither birthday, address.

How can I correct this?

What was the address on the package? I am surprised that it could be delivered at all with the wrong data. Tell me in which state you live.

Address on packet is correct. it is Dresden.

but inside packet, contract is completely not mine.

name on contract is not mine, birthday on contract is also not mine. and address on contract is also not mine.

only name and address on package is mine.

sounds really strange, I guess there was a mistake in the logistics. I'd like to take a look at it. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
