      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only downgrade your tariff after the minimum term has passed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One exception: If you got the right to downgrade within a trial period of 6 months - but then your contract should tell you how you should get this downgrade done. As far as I know, this cannot be done at the self-service portal but has to be done through the hotline (in German language).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
