I have a Cable connection, I would like to disconnet it due to relocation to India. I will submit the de registration during the last week of my travel(July last 2022). Please let me know where should I send the Vodafone router?

You have to report your move in the relocation service even if it amounts to a cancellation because you are leaving Germany.
