Hello,

I have two Customer numbers, both under same name, same email and same address.

One Customer number has the "Mobilfunk-Vertrag" and another customer number has "Kabel-Vertrag" in NRW region (Cologne). Can someone help me merge the Customer numbers and contracts so that I get the additional discount from "Giga kombi" offer

welcome to the community.

Sadly we can't merge both costumer numbers, because they are 2 different technologies.

But we can take care of the Giga combi!

So please send me a message with following data:

Name, first name

Customer number

Date of birth

complete address

Cell phone number
