      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made a contract on December and at the time there was a oportunity to have the 1000mbit. But after 6 months I had to donwgrade the speed to the one in my contract, so that's&amp;nbsp; what I want to do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please send me a private message for me send the details of my contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note, I already tried to contact on the phone, but nobody tried to speak English with me and I couldn't have my problem solved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rodrigo&lt;/P&gt;</description>
