Downgrade contract after 6 months

Hello,

I made a contract on December and at the time there was a oportunity to have the 1000mbit. But after 6 months I had to donwgrade the speed to the one in my contract, so that's what I want to do it.

Please send me a private message for me send the details of my contract.

Note, I already tried to contact on the phone, but nobody tried to speak English with me and I couldn't have my problem solved.
