      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir or Madam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We just moved to Schwetzingen and decided to go with Vodafone internet, everything goes smoothly, I checked the availability online and finish the contract immediately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't expect any difficulties since there are acutally couple of householders currently using the Vodafone network, althugh they are all located on the right side of the building.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the technician came to us this morning for the installation, he checked around and claims it is difficult(or almost not possilbe) to get the cable connection to my apartment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a bit confused now and don't know what to do next, may I have some suggetions please?
