Missing retoure sticker

I need to return my equipment next week and I dont have the retoure sticker. Can you please provide me with a new one?

Hey pablots25,

are you using internet via cable - or dsl?

If you're using dsl (like the board implies) the return adress is part of the cancellation confirmation letter.
You'll need to send the router yourself, there is no return lable that includes free shipping.

Thanks for answering, indeed I am in the wrong forum as I have connection via cable. I have the Vodafone Station router. How does it work in this case?

Thanks a lot for your answer! 🙂

I have the original box, packagingm all the documentation and the contract with me and I don't have the sticker. Is not that I have misplaced it, but it seems that it was not included 😞

Therefore if you can just not generate a new one, I might as well dont send it back. If it is part of the terms and conditions that is unknown to me as I dont understand German, otherwise I would have checked at the delivery time that nothing was missing.

If you resides in BW, Hessen or NRW you can print a return label.
