    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have applied for vodafone connection (Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone calble 250), but DHL tired to delivery the package on 29th March afternoon and i moved into the apartment on that day evening. So they have returned the device to the original sender. I tired to call the customer care but i could not able to communicate with them as my german skill was not so good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly let me know when can i expect the package again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Magesh Kumar KS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will have to ask the customer care to re-send the package.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There's no automatic resending in place...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And as your contracts only contractual language is German, support is also only given in German language - if you are unable to communicate in German, you'll need to get help on your own expenses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
