Hi there,

I have applied for vodafone connection (Red Internet & Phone calble 250), but DHL tired to delivery the package on 29th March afternoon and i moved into the apartment on that day evening. So they have returned the device to the original sender. I tired to call the customer care but i could not able to communicate with them as my german skill was not so good.

Kindly let me know when can i expect the package again.

You will have to ask the customer care to re-send the package.

There's no automatic resending in place...

And as your contracts only contractual language is German, support is also only given in German language - if you are unable to communicate in German, you'll need to get help on your own expenses.
