Cancelling my cabel contract for leaving an apartment

Dear Madam/Sir,

I moved to Berlin last November and obtained a new cable internet service as the flat does not have one. I found out that the rent contract is a scam and now I have to move out of this flat this week. I have been searching for a new flat since a month without luck so I still do not have a new address. I am planning to stay in a hotel and keep searching for a flat (getting a flat in Berlin is very difficult). I would like to cancel my contract for the above reason. Please notice that I have another internet cable contract in my old flat in another city so I hope this justifies the situation as well.

I'm sorry about your situation with the apartment, you really don't want to experience that.

I would be happy to see what we can do. Please be so kind and send me a PN with your data (name, customer number, address and date of birth). Please also the data to your other contract, in another city.
