      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have moved&lt;STRONG&gt; abroad&lt;/STRONG&gt; and requested the termination of my contract via email to "kundenservice@unitymedia.de" (Kable Internet in BW state). I have provided the abmeldung from my previous city and the anmeldung for the new one. I have received &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;no answer at all&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/U&gt;since Feb 28th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I undestood that since Dec 2021 only 1 moth notice is required if you move abroad, is that correct?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to know the postal address to send the router device, could you please help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Veronica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have not received any email as confirmation of cancellation.
