Hi,

My contract points a speed of 100 Mb but each evening i mesure a speed of 2 to 8 Mb and ping around 100. This is unbelievable!

Is this something normal in Germany? I shouldn't pay my monthly bills if the provider doesn't provide the quality they are obliged to.

My overall customer exprerience is really BAD!!! The customer support here is way too bad compared to others in Europe.
