Technician required for Cable socket installation

Hello,

I just moved into my new apartment in Berlin, and am having trouble with the router installation.

I have a 2 port socket in my wall, however the provided adapter is too wide and does not fit.

Please could someone help me organise a technician to come out and fix this? Many thanks!
