Hello,

I am moving to France tomorrow and need to cancel my Vodafone cable contract prematurely. I live in Hessen at the moment so contacted the email address (kundenservice@unitymedia.de) with my ID, anmeldung meldebestaetigug, etc., but have not heard back.

I would very much like to send the equipment back from Germany, today, if possible. Can someone from Vodafone advise where / how I should return my equipment?

You can create and print out a free DHL return label here so that you can send your hardware back to VFW free of charge. Please keep the posting receipt until you have received the email to receive the devices back. You can then also deliver the package to a DHL Packstation, which works around the clock every day of the week.
