      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello&lt;/SPAN&gt;, I have subscribed&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; 50 Cable&amp;nbsp;since April 2020. &amp;nbsp;The contract is binded for two years up to 28.04.2022 inclusive. &amp;nbsp;I have filled in the Kündigungsformular on 16.02.2022. &amp;nbsp;In the Formular I have mentioned that I would like the termination to be started on 29.04.2022. &amp;nbsp;I am just confused if I still need to pay for the service fee up to 16.05.2022 (which is three-month notice from the date I notified Vodafone)? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also one more issue. &amp;nbsp;I have submitted the Kündigungsformular on 16.02.2022 but up to now I receive no further feedback on the termination from you side.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please confirm the issues above? &amp;nbsp;Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You must have a little patience. Processing will take place as quickly as possible. As far as I can tell, customer service at VFD/ex-KDG currently has a backlog of about two weeks. You should have received the cancellation confirmation by email by the end of next week at the latest.&lt;BR /&gt;This also includes the return of the rental device within 14 days after the end of the contract, including the return address. However, if you no longer have the return label from the beginning of the contract, the return must be made at your own expense. If you still have the return label from the start of the contract, you can send the package free of charge via DHL.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. &amp;nbsp;I found a post in this Community that per the user's request, Vodafone has posted the return label back to him. &amp;nbsp;Am I missing something?&lt;BR /&gt;Therefore at least it would be easier for me to handle the return of the device with the label which includes the address as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
