      <description>&lt;P&gt;In this case I would send an email to &lt;A href="mailto:kundenservice@unitymedia.de" target="_self"&gt;kundenservice@unitymedia.de&lt;/A&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tell them that you are moving abroad and that you don't have a new address at the moment.&lt;BR /&gt;Tell them the date of the move. To prove this, I would send a copy of the termination letter of your existing lease to your landlord as an attachment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not forget to include your customer number!!&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="shock" class="emoticon emoticon-shock" src="https://forum.vodafone.de/html/@34E96FE1CA808D7338A05A171CD3CFA4/images/emoticons/15x15_smiley-shock.gif" alt="" title="" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you can of course wait for a moderator here to take care of the matter.&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps you should double track and email your concern to customer service and also wait for a moderator to get back to you here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
