Hi, I'm sorry for speaking in English. I just arrived in Germany and still trying to learn. I applied for Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable. I already received my router and installed it but no landline came with the box. I tried calling customer support but there are no English options.

Can someone help me know how to get support?

You have to buy the landline phone yourself, Vodafone will not supply it to you. You then connect the landline phone to the TEL1 socket on your cable router possibly with the TAE adapter and you can make calls.

I will be happy to help you. You will receive an end device for your selected tariff, Internet & Telephone 100 Cable. You could choose between our Vodafone Station or our HomeBox. You do not get any other devices with your connection. You can connect a telephone to your router. What else did you order, a mobile phone?
