    <description>&lt;P&gt;Team, I'm trying to setup an appointment for my Kabel connection, and running into a wall at each turn, I'm new to Germany and unfortunately still dont know enough German to get on calls. My colleague helped me setup an appointment, and the technician showed up at a different time from the appointment time, so couldn't get ahold of Hausmeister, and the technician left. I'm without internet for weeks now. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
