I would like to cancel all services provided by your company under my account.

My customer number is ***, please let me know:
1/ When will be the last day of service.
2/ When will the last payment be debited.
3/ What actions do I need to take to cancel, including returning the router.

you can send us your cancellation via the following page. We cannot accept cancellations here. You can find the duration of your contracts in the customer portal under the contract overview. You will receive the return conditions and addresses with the cancellation confirmation.
