I just realized that my contract ends on 06.03.2022, is it too late to end my contract and it will automatically extend until 06.03.2023?

Depending on the notice period of your contract - most likely yes - as most contracts with an initial term of 24 months have a notice period of 3 months.

No, due to a change in legislation, it will only extend on a day-by-day basis, but with a notice period of one month prior to the end date.

No and No...

You will have to send a written cancellation note to Vodafone - neither the Shop nor this Forum is the right place for that. And keep in mind that the cancellation has to be done in German language as German is sole contractual language.
