      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir/Madam,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am having DSL internet contract number &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The internet was not working between 10.12.2021 to 15.12.2021. I call to customer care on 11.12.2021 to complain and someone activated new plans without even my confirmation. I complain again and send emails many times and visit the local Vodafone office and then I received a call from someone and they told me that the order is canceled and I will get an invoice for the same as I was paying for last one year EUR19.99&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But today I have received the invoice of EUR 42 including additional services which are initiated on 11.12.2021.&lt;BR /&gt;I want my internet to work properly with the normal price which I was paying. Why the amount is higher now. Please refund my money and cancel all additional telephone services. I don't need it.
