English Calback for my DSL contract

I have recently bought a new DSL connection & my vodafone is showing 2 Reconnection active contracts. I had only ordered for 1. I tried calling 08001721212, however I am not able to reach an english speaking operator. Hence I need a callback on my mobile from an English speaker operator for my query.
