      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have submitted a termination, you will also have received a confirmation of termination in which the end of the contract is noted and you will be asked to return the hardware.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have not received the confirmation, the cancellation was probably sent to the wrong company. There are two different companies in the cable sector, Vodafone West (ex-Unitymedia) in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Baden Württemberg and Vodafone Germany (ex-Kabel Deutschland) for the rest of the country. Both companies have different addresses and cannot access each other's customer data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I received a cancellation confirmation email on March 2021, but they didn't give an end date or a hardware instructions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I also can't find the end date on meineVodafone page.&lt;/P&gt;

München.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That was in November 2020.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a result I lost the offer (19.49€ per month for a year) and paid full amount (49.&lt;SPAN&gt;99€) starting from the 8th month of my subscription (Dec 2020), - I didn't understand why this is happening but a call with customer service explained that it is a punishment because I terminated my contract ! -&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also received 3 emails on March, August and September 2021, telling me to stay and trying to change my mide with offers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But none of them mentioned the end date, and what shall I do with the Kabel router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a problem with my cancellation ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll send you the same private information that I sent to Stephan previously , if it can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
