I signed a "bestellbestätigung" in a Vodafone stand locate in MediaMarkt on 20/12/2021, and received the Red Internet & Phone cable device on 22/12/2021. BUT still I haven't received any email confirmation that my contract is activated or not. Simply the device doesn't work.

Then you are a customer of Vodafone West / ex-Unitymedia. The order confirmation is actually always sent by post about a week after the cable router has been dispatched. However, there may be delays due to the holidays.
