Cancellation of contract

My kundennummer is ***

i got a confirmation from vodafone on 24th November that my contract cancelled .

Then I got a mail of Rechnung from vodafone on 11th December 2021.and they deducted 29.99euro From my account .

I am wondering,already they confirmed me about my cancellation of my contact by phone and email also.. then what is the meaning of cut the money for the month of December..I have also termination paper with me.

i request to kindly check with my kunddennummer and refund my money.

and revert me as soon as possible.

At what date was your termination confirmed? Please remember that there was a notice period of 3 months at the end of the term until 11/30/2021 and if you missed this period, the contract was automatically extended by 12 months. And which federal state are you from?
