Contract cancellation

Hello,

I would like to cancel my contract due to the internet speeds consistently being lower than the minimum advertised. I've already sent a cancellation letter by post but I've been advised to seek guidance on the forum. Can anyone help me with that?

Hello,

Thank you for the support. In the meantime I got in contact with Vodafone on Facebook. They were able to confirm the problem and the fact that there is no planned solution at the moment. They opened a ticket and advised me to send another cancellation letter with reference to the ticket. I hope it will get cleared up this time.
