    <description>&lt;P&gt;I wish to utilise the option to downgrade my kabel internet package within the first 6 months, I am currently on the 1000 pacakage and wish to downgrade to the 250 pacakge. There is no option to do this in the MeinVodafone customer portal. I tried calling the customer service and asking for English assistance, they advised me to use the Vodafone forum. Is anyone able to assist me? Many thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Either customer service can do that for you or you wait here until a mod reports and requests your data. However, this can currently take a few days.&lt;BR /&gt;So that a mod from the right cable company reports directly, tell us which federal state you come from.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
