      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please excuse my English but I'm not (yet) a German speaker. The first week of November I set up a new cable contract with Vodafone, then the 10th I received a letter saying that they would contact my landlord for some permissions and until now nothing happened. My landlord was never contacted, I tried to call the assistance but it was impossible for me to go through the automated registration. They weren't able to help me even in a local shop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does someone have any suggestions for me on how to get this sorted? Because from a Vodafone Shop I was told that it was somehow deleted or blocked and I was about to start a new contract. I will wait before confirming the new one but can I kindly ask you to come back to me as soon as you could?
