    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sorry , my direct debit did not go through due to funds&amp;nbsp; in the account .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i updated my SEPA to my other account so that it can work but I do not know how to activate it to be able to pay for the failed invoice that was not able to be debited . I think the update I made will only take effect in the next billing cycle .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you advise me what to do so I do not get penalysed for the failure to make the payment on time .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The new bank details are on the system and the direct debit is in progress. So everything is in order.
