What happens when you move? When will your old internet stop working?

Hi,

- I'm currently on Kabel and quite happy with the service

- moving apartments in a few days to DSL

- same city (Berlin)

I need to know when the my current apartment's internet will stop as it would be nice to have a few buffer days in between. Would super appreciate it if someone knows how it works, thanks!

There are no buffer days - once the date of your move has come, the old contract will be disabled. There is definitely no two lines active at the same time.
