I currently have the Red 1000 plan, but am moving to a village that barely has DSL service. Can I change my tariff from Red 1000 to a GigaCube plan?

Not possible. You can change to dsl.

Yes, exactly. You have a special right of termination if you cannot continue the contract at the same conditions at your new place of residence. However, the notice period is 3 months, which you have to pay, even if you can no longer use the contract.
Only when switching to Vodafone DSL does Vodafone waive this 3 month period and terminate the cable contract with the activation of the DSL contract.
