Contract Cancellation

Hello,

I am trying to find out how to get a return shipping label to return my equipment to Vodafone. I have sent in my contract cancellation, that was written by an employee at a Vodafone store and the employee also sent an email and said that I would receive the Shipping label via email in 48 hours. it is now 1 week and I have no email with shipping labels. How do I get this? I have alreadz moved back to the USA and need to return my equipment ASAP!
