    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was subscripted to the cable service for my new flat back at the beginning of August.&amp;nbsp; It has been almost 3 months and I still do not have any Internet connection yet.&amp;nbsp; Currently, I am still in a process of requesting to set up an appointment with the technician.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In the meantime,&amp;nbsp; I have been paying Vodafone for the past couple of months,&amp;nbsp; I would like to ask for credit on the months that I have no services.&amp;nbsp; Please help me to solve this matter.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
