    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I´ve changed apartment and would like to cancel the contract - my new home is not supported by Vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know when I can send the router - I would like to keep mine and my wife´s phone as prepaid, and cancel the third phone we have on my account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to report the move via the &lt;A href="https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/meine_kundendaten/umzugsservice" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;moving service in MeinVodafone or MeinKabel&lt;/A&gt;. If you are a customer of Vodafone West (North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse or Baden-Württemberg), you can also write an &lt;A href="mailto:kundenservice@unitymedia.de" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;email&lt;/A&gt;. If you cannot use the connection in your new apartment, it will be terminated with a notice period of 3 months in accordance with Section 46 of the Telecommunications Act.&lt;BR /&gt;You cannot use prepaid landline numbers, they are always linked to a landline contract. You can port the numbers to a SIP provider such as sipgate.de and use them there. This will cost you € 11.44 for the outgoing port and will only work at the end of the contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
