My internet works fine besides the time period from 9:30pm to 11:00 pm when my average ping is around 200ms so it really hurts. Excited that you answered!&lt;BR /&gt;I live in Berlin, Danziger str 75, the disturbance i think 1-2 months old, i use the router which is supplied to me by default so &lt;SPAN&gt;FRITZ!Box 6490 and the device (PC) which i have issues with is connected via LAN.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Speedtest gets me ping 100 and 5mbps as download speed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It starts from 8-9pm and goes away around 10:45 pm (ping back to 20 and speed back to 100), i also checked my network during that time and it seems that there is nothing going on with processes on my PC at this time so it is a network issue&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot for sending a technician, he was with us on Tuesday and checked the equipment in the building and at my flat. His conclusion was that everything is fine with the equipement on both sides (at home and in the building ) and it is just a problem of equipment`s bandwidth that struggles when everyone starts using internet during evening hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The internet between 8 to 11 pm is still barely usable unfortuantely, i am not sure what my next steps here should be. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Technician checked it and said that everything works well. Then he came to check equipment in my flat and said that it also is fine. Later, same evening, i had 150 ping again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
