Missing order confirmation

Hello,

more than 10 days ago I requested on your website the CableMax 1000.

I immediately got an email saying that my order would have been processed and I would have received the confirmation in 2 working days. Unfortunately I did not get any confirmation.

I went to several Vodafone shops but nobody could really help me.

How do I get info about the status of my order?

please tell me first which state you come from. Did you specify a date you would like to start your contract?

I specified that I wanted to start the contract as soon as possible.
