Hotline number was displayed to disscuss possible DSL Service(pl. refer screenshot). However, it seems that there's neither Kabel nor DSL service present at the moment. at my new address. &lt;P&gt;I am moving to the new address(withing the same city) to-:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Schärdinger Straße,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Passau&lt;/STRONG&gt; from &lt;STRONG&gt;01.10.2021.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would you please make sure that my &lt;STRONG&gt;address&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the contract and &lt;STRONG&gt;my current internet plan&lt;/STRONG&gt; get &lt;STRONG&gt;transferred&lt;/STRONG&gt; from 01.10.2021 &lt;STRONG&gt;to this new address&lt;/STRONG&gt; mentioned above?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please do let me know if anything else is to be done from my end.&amp;nbsp; Thank you very much in advance and wish you a great day ahead.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In this case, click on the "Zum Angebot" button. There you can decide whether you want to switch to DSL. You can then also avoid the 3 months that the German Telecommunications Act provides for moving with unavailability. The cable contract is then seamlessly switched off when the DSL contract is activated and, if you do not get any other area code, the previous phone number is transferred to the DSL contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not want this, you have to report the move via the contact forum in MeinVodafone or MeinKabel, then the contract will be terminated with the statutory period of 3 months and you will have to continue to pay for these 3 months even though you no longer use the contract can.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I tried doing the same through&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://kabel.vodafone.de/kontakt" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://kabel.vodafone.de/kontakt&lt;/A&gt;; but I could not find any option which states "non availabilitiy of Kabel and DSL service".&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I went forward with both possible related options 1. permenant disruption/netword reasons 2. other reasons&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both took me forward to the&amp;nbsp; phone number where I could report the concern. Please refer to the attached screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However,&amp;nbsp; as you already know my case and&amp;nbsp; have agreed to terminate the contract.
