&lt;P&gt;Taking the advantage of my language barrier , one of your executive made false commitments and offers and sold cable as well as cellular contract to me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These are the following promises made.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; I was having a cellular contract with mobilcom debitel till November 2022. If I port my number from mobilcom to Vodafone,&amp;nbsp; I don't pay Vodafone until my contract with mobilcom debitel terminates.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Vodafone executive promised that giga tv is free of cost for 24 months. I was shocked when I came to know it is free for first 12 months. It's another issue your Giga tv is not working at all from day one. Really a pathetic service from Vodfaone and &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;all&lt;/FONT&gt; XXX &lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;who&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; are recruited as a Vodfaone sales person.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. That's right, if you get both landline and mobile line via Vodafone AND the GigaKombi is activated, you can get the basic fee waived for up to 6 months as a mobile phone changer. It is important that, as I said, the GigaKombi is active. Then you can upload the cancellation confirmation within 14 days of activating the SIM card and you will receive the exemption up to the expiry date of your old mobile phone contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. GigaTV was never free for 24 months, only for 12 months and that only for new TV customers - but that's you. This was also communicated to you in the order confirmation. If the GigaTV box does not work, did you report a malfunction and was a ticket created? Only then can you be helped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;oh, I'm sorry that something didn't work out and that you were told this. Take a look at your order confirmation, you'll find your contract details there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What exactly is not working with GigaTV? Have you already reported a fault?&lt;/P&gt;
