my contract started On December 2020, for work reason i have to leave Germany in 1 week so i want to know if i can cancel the contract right now or i have to wait until December 2022 because it was the response that i had from contact service at Vodafone

If you move to an area that is not served or abroad, according to German law (§46 TKG) you have a special right of termination with a notice period of 3 months. Please report your move immediately using the contact form in MeinVodafone, because you have to continue paying for the 3 months anyway. Include the confirmation of your employer for the international transfer directly, then your contract will be terminated accordingly in December 2021. By the way, you have to send the cable router back, otherwise you will be charged for it. You can find the address on the cancellation confirmation.
