Moving abroad - Leaving Germany

I have a Vodafone cable connection and I am leaving Germany. I want to inform Vodafone and proceed with the contract cancelation.

Since my Deutsch is not very good I am having trouble understanding how the process works.

Found an article from Stephen (https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-%C3%BCber-Kabel/Moving-abroad-Leaving-Germany/td-p/1719457) which I thought would save my day but the link there takes me to a page where I can only add contracts to my account or go to MyVodafone home page.

Does anyone know the link to a form where I can request this?

if you haven't added your contracts yet, please use this link when you are not logged in into Mein Voadafone.

That should work.
